According to joey on twitter the team doesnt know who is starting. Not sure how that helps your team crystallize around a qb or what it says about how much you (dont) trust your players. Blech

These coaches suck. No inspiring for vision for the team to rally around. All great leaders create inspiring visions for their team to chase, not Strong.

This is inexcusable; understand not making it public, but I think the team would prepare differently based on who is in playing.
