I mentioned Houston on my original post…ok one year at WVU. Again, none of that equals OC for USF.

The fact he got demoted says a lot. This would not be a great hire as OC for CJS. Hopefully he goes another route.

What about snagging a positions coach from tOSU? Like their QB coach?

Problem is I didn't see any OC experience...be great to have to coach McClain though.

He did wonders for Ohio States qb this year, but he does lack experience. CJS wants to find a guy that can save his job and not get him fired. He is a boom or bust hire. If he lacks experience CJS could use that an excuse to buy him another year.

OSU’s QB had a really good o-line in front of him and some NFL quality receivers to throw at. Makes just a bit of a difference as to how good the QB is.
