I like the idea of promoting someone inside as Co-OC. In terms of the hire, I was starting to think it was someone from the NFL (position coach). Glad that is not the case as we need someone with real experience in the position.

That board has good posters who are looking at this very positively. I like the idea of a more run heavy offense to set up the pass. We have capable RB's who we need to use more.

Would love that, he's been the Carolina Panthers interim OC since Joe Brady got fired. A guy that has called plays against NFL defenses less than a year before calling them against G5 defenses would have me optimistic.
