If Eveld hasn't clearly been better then I don't want him. We'll be back in this situation again next year. RS White, roll with Floyd or Bench, and lets go. I know he doesn't want to platoon but go ahead and platoon Bench and Floyd against Mcneese. Have them alternate series.

Recipe for disaster for the season.  I do not want to see two guys getting half way in rythmn.  Pick one, stick with him and let him find the speed of the game and Coach can see game time strengths and weaknesses. 

 

As for Bench, it is not like this kid was PSUs 4 year starter, why do so many think he was God's gift to USF?

I agree on what you said, but the thinking is maybe he can take a snap without fumbling it.  You have to start somewhere...

Steven Bench sounds like he's making plays. Hope someone stands out

I think this is what's going to happen:

 

1) Somebody rises to the top

 

Or

 

2) Coach cuts down on the number of plays and goes with the best QB we have (the one that messes up the least).

 

I'm thinking it's going to be #2.

 

And so I think it's going to be Bench or Mike White.

 

You take your best player and then lead him along and add in more plays as the season progresses.
