Sad but true. Win one FBS game in two years and zero road games and get yourself more money! I honestly can't think of any positives to this. If he fails which is more likely than not at this point, we will pay him more money to not coach. If he succeeds and becomes successful he will bolt for more money.  There is zero tangible evidence to show he will succeed. All you can do is hope this guy is our guy and really turns it around because we will be stuck with him to 2026 .

Isn't part of the job of a HC to anticipate staff turnover, build your bench, and have a plan? He had 3 years left on his contract. If he can't attract an OC, that speaks volumes about his body of work.

I'm not currently a CJS fan, but I'm a Bulls fan so I sincerely hope he succeeds. I look forward to being proven wrong, but I think this is a bad move and a repeat of the CSH debacle.

What is the logic of rewarding  a guy with 1 fbs win and zero run wins with three years on his deal for two more years? 3-18 should never be rewarded with more guaranteed money .
