Point of order... He won 9 games 3 times. We were 9-2 our last year as an independent, playing a mostly CUSA schedule.  Do you know why there was heartbreak? Because there was hope, expectations, and something real to play for.

Cause he likely knew he could always get another DIV 2 HC job if this one failed.

That’s an excellent point. He could probably still get a FCS job if the right opportunity came up.

It’s worth pointing out that Valdosta did fantastic without KB as coach this year. Undefeated regular season, made it to championship game ranked #1, lost it by 3 points. Averaged 39pts a game.

 

Makes you wonder how much of their recent success was KB’s playcalling...

With MKs ties to the AAC this looks about right. Would love to see one of the Clemson guys here.
