Again, how many wide open receivers have been missed the past 2 weeks.

Almost as many as been dropped

I disagree this is the worst talent we’ve had at QB...EVER. Yes, it may be due to injury but it is still the worst. This may also be the worst talent EVER at WR and OL. You can’t make a steak sandwich from ****. This all falls on CCS...

It’s been worse, reference the Eveld Brothers, the guy from Milton, Ronnie “Happy Feet” Banks, or Julmiste.

For everyone pouncing on KB please realize it wasn’t his choice to swap McCloud in place of Barnett. BB has his issues but he completes at least 50% of the balls that JM has missed.

That was Strongs panicked choice to make that change along with calling a timeout in a blowout to get BB injured for nothing. He also did not try and stop Kean or Oladuken or at least have a conversation with them. The staff knew BB wouldn’t last a season and wanted one of those two to stay. They knew JM was not the goods.

Again, the plays have been there in the passing game the past 2 games not almost there, they were there.  The QB has failed miserably at getting the ball to open receivers.  Long, short, it doesn't matter he hasn't hit a receiver in stride in the past 2 games.   IF he is too hurt to do that, then he shouldnt be in the game.  IF that's on CKB then so be it

Apparently strong is the unluckiest HC in America since every OC he has hired has sucked or maybe we should start pointing the fingers in the appropriate direction and stop blaming OCs

I mean you can see the writing on the walls going back to Texas. The difference is they can afford buyouts.

Thanks for the insite!  It appears all roads lead back to Chuckles.

This argument would ring marginally less hollow if KB apologists weren’t arguing that CCS was forcing KB to use the senior BB even though it was KBs preference to use an obviously better looking McCloud that was the dual threat his system was built to flourish with. It’s pretty obvious that the QB that’s going to struggle is the one forced to play for KB. CCS is absolutely trash but there is plenty of blame to go around and KB earns a good portion of it on offense where he has managed nothing regardless of who has played.

I guess KB just got lucky last year and having to coach someone else's players this year was something he should be able to overcome.

The world is littered with people that can’t make it at the next level; the problem isn’t that he can’t go 15-0 with these players it’s that he is incapable of providing even the slightest glimmer of a passing offense.

Oh and our Rush Defense is ranked #119 in the country but I'd expect Bell to overcome that as well.

Jean is the bigger disappointment for me...three years and defense has gotten worse.

Team is bad at many areas...special teams, offense and defense.

Totally agree. Even when your starting quarterback is out for the year, your backup has a bum wing, your current head coach decided not to recruit because he thought he'd be out of here after 1 season, and the offensive line has been inconsistent I think Bell should be able to overcome all of that. I mean college football is all about scheme and not talent.

You act like coaching has no effect on play and that the only hope you can have is to out recruit and out talent your opponent, a la CWT. Our talent isn’t the best but it isn’t DII like our coaching and when you combine those things we end up with the FCS level product we produce. If KB was even as good of a coach as Gilbert he should be able to produce at least at his level with pretty much the exact same team.
