Tony Dungy....if we could get him it'd be an outta the park lights out hire.

Likelihood of that?....no idea.

Other top candidates?

Yeah! Lets hire a guy who has zero experience running a major college athletic department because he coached the Bucs.

I think Tony could surround himself with competent people. We need a spokesperson who can get us into the big dance. You could say when Lee Roy Selmon died the football program died with it.

It certainly didn't help, but I'd be more inclined to say that Leavitt slapped the football program back to the stone age.  Or a previous coach ransacked the university and Skipped town with a growing sackful of cash.
