Excitement Level for Y1 with Goach vs previous coaches?

Coaches are like recruits, I withhold my excitement until I see what they do. Scott is the best reason why.  He went through all the motions, said all the right things, but couldn't get it done.

CAG seems passionate about football and just comes across way better then Scott... feel excited about him as head coach and think he will prove to be a good hire.

But was wrong on Holtz of all the past hires I thought he was a lock to do well Here and he did for awhile till wheels came off.  Strong was on decline when hired wasn't really excited about him.

I ceased the excited for [entity] business some time back. I don't expect to be excited about winning three or four games this season. Once U of SF is back to contender status, then I'll see if I can muster excitement.
