Scott has a fresh fade as well just not the right hairline for a good looking cut. So are we taking the fresh fade as a sign of failure linking it to Scott or a positive sign since Golesh's fade looks better?

No because he used his hairline and facial hair to make the outline of the iconic U (which is so bad that it is good)

Someone needs to photo shop the other side and put it together. It would make some great material for recruiting if we are winning and if we are losing it will be the next Jeff Scott holding the white paper showing us his plan for winning. I got to give it to GOACH at least he is creative, aggressive on the recruiting trail, and knows how to use social media to connect to the younger generation.

If you look at him straight on it looks like he's wearing a furry iconic U.  Amazing!!

5/10 Not getting fooled again. See what happens. Hope for the best. Still think both of our hires (MBB and Football) were awful.

G-d how I want this to be true. If he is willing to fill in the middle of his face with hair to better complete the outline, I am thinking lifetime contract.

A goofball playing for a 2nd straight championship this weekend in the USFL.  I doubt anyone else on here actually watches those games but to listen to him talking with his QB hashing out why a play works is enlightening. He plans things out not just a few plays in advance but a few series in advance.
