Because we've basically sucked for the most part of a decade or we aren't playing on campus?

Yes and yes.

Possibly trending in that direction. Not sure which other candidates the consultant may be courting outside the confines of public records or sunshine law. Hopefully, upcoming BOT meetings will shed some detail. Quite telling that she's shifted her stance on the gig.

So do we have to meet both criteria, not sucking and playing on campus, to get them back or will doing one do the trick? Not trying to be a smart ass but am genuinely curious if there are some out there not attending games primarily because of where they play. My gut says the number is infinitesimal but one never knows.

In the short run a new stadium can create a temporary bump but winning is a more sustainable model for fixing attendance woes in the long run, plus it costs the same as losing

Winning in a new stadium should be just the bump the program needs.

Did we have an expected/hopeful date for naming a President.

I couldn’t agree more but if we had to pick one in a vacuum (we do not) winning and a conference move have more staying power than a stadium change. If this were a restaurant the stadium would be the ambiance and building which will create buzz and an initial boom but ultimately the football is our food and no one is going to keep going to a restaurant with ****** food no matter how much they may like the building where it’s served .

That does have more staying power.

The stadium change is a necessary one for reasons I mentioned before regarding revenue streams.
