Oh man, hopefully there is still human civilization on Earth by 2027. It only took UAB three years between announcement and the opening of Protective Stadium. Come on USF giddy up. The lower bowl at RayJay has 41,441 seats. TCU has 45,000 seats. Don't think we need any more than that. Exactly

We'll need every donor big and small to get us over that finish line though.

Wow this board seems toxic, but some USF fan is claiming Quote I’ve been told the target price is $250-275 million. 45k seats, luxury boxes and premium seating. The Athletics center will also be attached to it, otherwise the cost would be closer to $200 million. Raised money along with committed is closing in on $50 million. State funding is apparently gonna be approved. Not certain how. FEMA funds are also being looked into since this will be used as a shelter and staging location. Several other funding sources are also being explored. It’s been laid out that to all of the iron bulls that this is happening. How quickly will depend on several factors but this is happening. 2026 is the target.
