Colorado States stadium, adjusting for inflation, would be 262 today. 

Borrow 75, raise 25 privately, get a 50m sponsor, and do a fees assessment at a few bucks per credit hour (× 30k students, 30hrs/yr, 3 yrs) that's another 10... you're at a really reasonable number. And then you start getting a Rev share bump if we are reasonably confident in a conference upgrade... the stadium is a complete no brainer. 

He was stating numbers of new stadiums and their overall. He was not referring to what USF would spend, but now the board knows a range.
