There still hasn't been any official announcement of where he is going to be playing a month from now. Just seems a bit odd.

am i the only one who thinks it would be funny if he only gets about 15 carries this season?

What a waste of an opportunity.  I can see his reasoning on some level.. you want to be apart of a championship caliber team to ensure you get noticed.  However, Dyer would be a stand-out and ensure a better draft stock at USF.  This just proves that his decision making skills haven't improved.  We are better off without him.

I doubt his "draft stock" would be impacted any different regardless which school he played for.  He has already proved what he is capable of doing, it is just a matter of proving he can stay healthy, work hard, and stay out of trouble.  If he gets 500 yards or 1,500 yards this year it won't matter.  So much of "draft stock" is based on combine measurable.

Auman tweeted he is not coming to USF, which means he heard it from a good USF source.  He's not cavalier about these things...that was the final seal, IMO.

Now...whether he gets into Lville?  That's another matter altogether.

Not sure I agree with this.  If he has a big year (and stays clean), he has the potential to go in the first round.  If he does nothing, I'm not sure that's true.  We will see, I guess.

"Draft stock" relies heavily on what the teams see player produce on the field. If his playing is slashed significantly (which it will be) then he is in trouble.
