It really does seem to be a crapshoot. But still think USF is a cursed program for whatever reason.

Yeah I mean we've hired just about every type of coach to figure out they cant win here.

My thoughts are someone like Willie who is motivated - someone who has been a head coach, that wasnt at a school who had advantages against similar competition that could recruit. Who also calls plays. I'd prefer a guy that is offensive minded, but we saw with Jim that a defensive minded guy could work as long as he is a motivator. We can't have a figure head head coach that cant do either bc the coaches will leave.
