Traylor was hired in 2020; I was focusing on coaches who were hired in 2021 that now have more wins than CJS to cut out the pandemic excuse. If we expand to 2020, I’m sure there’s a few others to make it more embarrassing.

Traylor and CJS started during the covid year. He just didn't use covid as an excuse to fail for 2+ seasons.

There is some former App St guy out there that somebody wants fired. Can't remember which team but someone I was talking to today mentioned that.

He essentially had one very good class in 2014 and was more or less average after that.

Average would be an upgrade

CJS says stuff like

"I was surprised" - after the BYU game

"I was more surprised by the BYU and first half of Howard than of the Florida game" - press conference this past week

"If I felt that was who this team was, I'd be a lot more concerned than I am now." - post game today

Either he genuinely thinks we are good and is horribly wrong

Or something is happening ON the field or gamedays that needs to be corrected

I'm optimistic it is the latter

The players are gonna eventually give up on him and his staff if they haven’t already

He is too inexperienced as a HC. I said it before we hired him and was laughed at. Leavitt was in town during that time but many said that would never happen

MIzzou guy, but he leverage his one year to an SEC job. The guy before him was the one that built it I believe.

EDIT: The guy before him is the LVille head coach.....small world.

Have no idea. But we've learned that hiring successful guys from lesser programs doesn't always work out.

CJS is clueless and this comment pretty much proves it. We have a couple good players, but overall our team isn’t good and they are very poorly coached
