It’s not negative every single employment decision he has made has been embarrassingly awful, when he brought up the let’s give everyone a covid extension idea he should have been fired on the spot. He gave CJS an extension less than a season before firing him, he gave CBG an extension less than a season before he is going to be fired as well and coming off of an easy out of a scandal. His approach to management is bonkers and prone to waste besides the fact he also didn’t hire very well.
