Yeah don't trust Big game Boomer. They did a similar post that was best pizza in each college town. For USF they put olive garden

If we were a one sport athletic department --like the Premier League - sure-- relegation would work.

See Kansas as the prime example of this. One of the top basketball programs in the country and one of the worst football teams in the country over the last decade.
