Why go “all in” now? If we are left out of realignment we won’t need these fancy facilities - the money would be better used fo field a decent coaching staff for the next several years or so until the wheel starts turning again.

Getting coaches on board is a recruiting game similar to players. Without demonstrating investment in facilities, no promising coach is going to come on board.

Great news to finally hear this is really going to happen!

And the timing is right during this whole B12 Realignment thingy/rumors/decisions (whatever it is).  Very strategic.
