Can't read some of that last post, but are we near a lower bowl sell-out? that is awesome news compared to where we were just 10 days ago...

It includes 10k seats for students but, it's a good sign.

I love hearing this but looking at ticketmaster there are still at least 4,000 seats on primary market sale.  I didn't realize the lower bowl held 48,000 (I thought it was 44,000).  It's all good news and I guess 4,000 left out of 48,000 is "nearing a sell out".

It's going to be LOUD!  I have some friends going who haven't been to a game since 2011 which is very cool... will kinda be like old times except my ace cant get make it back... though he is throwing a watch party.

As I recall it’s less than 42K...I don’t know where JK got his seating capacity from, but this site puts it at 41,441.

If the stadiums upper deck holds 21,525 and the overall stadium holds 65,618 where are the other seats removed from for capacity?

I believe the lower bowl may actually hold 44,441, including the maximum number of people that could be accommodated in the luxury suites. For a game like Wisconsin, I would expect the suites to be about 75% full, which is about 3 times more than what I see typically utilized. I think we may hit 41,000 for this one when all is said and done.
