WTF is he doing on their campus?  Does he officially cover UCF from Tampa?  Not sure how many Orlando writers spend time over at USF.

ZERO. They may write an article from time to time on a new hire we get or a local high school player of theirs but I’ve yet to see an Orlando media journalist reporting about one of our routine practices.

Just looking at the "effort" Joey puts into his USF coverage I would say this is what's really going on.   He's not putting in the effort to drive to Orlando unless his boss made him.
