Already moved down to 24 at most sports books. Can't say I blame the early money for bringing the line down. 26 points is a huge number on the road, even if ECU has one of the worst defenses in the country. We should win easily, but a score like 44-20 is not out of the question.

Its a big number on the road but ECU has horrible defense so very possible.

When we don't destroy our opponent by nearly 4 touchdowns we lose style points.  I guess it is a good problem to have?

I am old enough to remember when we struggled in conference on the road.

Unless QF gets his act together, we won't cover this spread.  I have a feeling ECU will put up a fight after the way last year's game ended.

They will certainly load the box and force us to pass more.

I agree the QF needs to find the accuracy that we saw last season, but it is also incumbent on Gilbert to help QF get into a rhythm early on. I would like to see some screens and short slants so that he can get into the flow of the game. We have been winning based upon sheer athleticism on the offensive side of the ball. We need the game planning to come through as well. Part of being a great coach is getting the most out of the players you have at your disposal.

Maybe they could run some TE streak routes over the middle. They seem to miss this part of the playbook with two massive TEs.

Their defense gave up 596 total yards to UCONN.  UCONN , ironically gave up 596 yards of offense.
