They need to stop having games in stadiums not designed for football. Play baseball in baseball stadiums and football in football stadiums...seems simple enough.

this. there are plenty of football stadiums around the country they could use, no need to use a baseball stadium for football. Only one I think they keep is the Pinstripe Bowl because they want a game in NYC and there are no football stadiums in NYC.

It was pretty cool in person. At least they turned the other half of the lights on after a dark 4th quarter start.

I agree. The venue is gorgeous and the usf crowd was alive for most of the game. Definitely sounds like the in game experience didn't come through on the television. Fun bowl game although the outcome was not what we wanted.

It was great in person..  I would attend next year again. Believe it or not it was extremely loud in the stadium.

It was!  I am thinking maybe it is all the sound reflecting off of parts of the roof?  I don't know.  It definitely had some good crowd noise.  I was yelling my voice out, but was sitting behind some wet blankets, so watched the rest in various parts of the stadium.

Also, getting from to and from the airport was easy with the metrorail.  

Say what you will about a 2:30 gametime, but it really makes traveling back easy.

The scoreboard operator was the worst.  Slow to make updates and frequently wrong.   The whole game I was lost as to down and distance because I was sitting in the end zone.

I absolutely hated this venue for football.   Most of the seats we not even gabbing the field.
