If Flowers is the starting qb for the next 3 years we'll be legitimately comparing him to BJ and MG guaranteed.

Agreed, at the beginning of the season I thought that woullard would definitely have the starting job next year from what I saw at the open practices, but now I'm not so sure and I think flowers, if he keeps improving, may be able to keep his starting job for the next couple of years.

I think the big thing that will come into play is that QF is a much better runner. If that is still a major part of the offense, AW is going to have a much harder time unseating him.

That's what I was thinking also. Playing the "IF" game, if CWT stays and the offense remains pretty much the same as it is, it kind of works in Q's favor right?

I would think so. He's been in the offense and played. He has the run game and CWT's approval. Why go with an unknown? Unless AW knocks it out of the park in Spring and Summer, it's QF's to lose if he keeps up his current pace.

I'm quite sure that I've been told more than once on this site that passing is not one of QF's strengths, and that this little thing called QBR, whatever that is, bears that out.
