Edit: That's apparently PapaJohn's Cardinal Stadium pre-expansion, not the PapaJohns.com Bowl's Legion Field. (I was wondering why it was a horseshoe, not a bowl.

They should tear down the old Business building and build it there.

My memories are in that fallout shelter. Also, they've attached the newer MBA building to that bunker, so that would be weird. Not to mention the newly infused Muma power...

The two anchor stores are still owned separately ...

 

Actually, the FOUR anchor stores are owned separately:

  • Dillards, which also owns the two parking garages
  • Sears, which also owns the Budget rental car building out front
  • Macys, which also owns the actual entrance on 22nd street
  • Burlington Coat Factory, which also owns the old car repair facility out back
 

If you look at "the mall" including all of the outparcels, the new owners bought about 33% of the land.

When I checked the property appraisers site, thought I only saw two other separate parcels from the big one. Guess I need to recheck ...
