So how do you fix the accuracy issues?

At this point it's glaringly obvious that both Bench and White are struggling with accuracy, and I doubt it would be any different if Flowers (or God forbid, Wilson) were taking snaps.

So how do you fix it? There was time to throw today, but there were multiple times were Bench just made a poor throw. Is it just chemistry? Will first team reps fix it? Or is there a larger issue (that does not include whining about the offense not being suited for Florida players).

I'd imagine a lot of Bench's issues today were lack of reps with the starters he would be throwing to. If White took the bulk of the reps then his chemistry isn't where it needs to be with the #1's. In the spring game he looked fantastic throwing to the 1's, so he has accuracy just needs practice reps and to translate it to the games. Bench might not be world better than Mike White, but he just has that gamer instinct.

The reality is that neither are 1st string QB's and it's painful to watch.  This is beginning to sound like a broken record - very little WR separation, dropped balls and plenty of inaccurate throws.  We seem to make excuses for these guys every week.

I saw this documentary about a pill that makes you do everything better. The guy looked a lot like ryan reynolds. Maybe we can order that?

I didn't see that many passes that were off-target... I saw more that hit receivers and were dropped by WRs.

If those drops are actually caught, we win that game.

watch the replay. commentators said it from the get go. Bench threw behind ond over guys all day. they had a few drops but he missed way more than they dropped.

it's not a coincidence that his completion percentage was 40.5% last year and is at 40.6% this year.

only way to solve is to find an accurate QB. doesn't matter what Bench did during spring game or how many reps he gets.

CWT has a good QB we are recruiting from Ohio…hope he signs, we do need more QBs

I would have like to have seen White today

I disagree play calling didn't cost us this game it was special teams…if we didn't give them a short field a few times and snap the ball clean we win.

Rewatched some... hard to see in stadium.

Many of the dropped passes were poorly thrown balls. High, behind etc.

But.... at the end of the day if the ball is behind you and you get two hands on it... you need to come down with the football.

When I attended practice, the most accurate QB was Evan Wilson.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
