My solution....

Make the QBs and the receievers wear a shock collar. Shock them both everytime time a pass is incomplete. They will get it.

I didn't see that many passes that were off-target... I saw more that hit receivers and were dropped by WRs.

If those drops are actually caught, we win that game.

This.  Last week passes were at receivers feet or over their head.  Except for the first few passes Bench was on target often, the receivers dropped several.  Add in that Bench hasn't had many snaps the last two weeks, and we'll be fine.

Repetition for Bench with the starters and we wil be fine.  He seemed to be on the same page with the receivers all day except for 1 play that looked like the receiver cut a different direction.  ( which means he knows the playbook) . He threw a cpl of bad balls , but made a lot of nice throws, even threw it away when nothing was there to hit. He scrambled for 20 yrds to score a td, something White isn't know for.  Give Bench time and he will be fine.

The issue was with the receivers (dropping too many passes).  Not to make excuses for the drops but as many on here have said it was Hot yesterday, which causes sweat and when your arms are wet the ball gets slippery (when your not using ur hands to catch).   We were also playing without Davis ( best receiver who is still suffering from a bruised Sternum)   Should be back in a week or two.  Receivers killed several drives at critical times in the game.  Once Davis is back and they start catching the ball the wins will come.

Special teams was a mess , Sure they will spend more time than usual on it this week in practice.

Pray?

Bench got less accurate as the game went on.

At half he was 7 for 14.  He ended 14 for 36.

I saw this documentary about a pill that makes you do everything better. The guy looked a lot like ryan reynolds. Maybe we can order that?

Nice!!

you need to recruit better qbs

in all fairness we need to see  how white does  or if bench improves

the play calling was terrible

CWT has a good QB we are recruiting from Ohio…hope he signs, we do need more QBs

I would have like to have seen White today

I disagree play calling didn't cost us this game it was special teams…if we didn't give them a short field a few times and snap the ball clean we win.

Our new long snapper isn't nearly as good as the kid who quit the team and he's maybe 160 lbs. with his uniform on.

Why did he quit?

I heard he had graduated already and had some nagging injuries.  Maybe there were other compelling reasons, I don't know.

Reps with the starters should help with timing and in turn accuracy.

Rewatched some... hard to see in stadium.

Many of the dropped passes were poorly thrown balls. High, behind etc.

But.... at the end of the day if the ball is behind you and you get two hands on it... you need to come down with the football.

honestly these people that are blaming the receivers need to watch the replay. he was off target all day.

sure they could have made a couple more spectacular catches and yes they had a few blatant drops (all receivers do) but they also saved him on a few bad throws.

even the commentators were talking about the bad balls bench was throwing.
