Harland is the guy who replaced Woulard, right?

Not to be confused with our transfer QB Woolard.

Watched his senior hudl tape http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2595651/highlights/294918438/v2  has a really nice compact throwing motion on short and intermediate routes and he's really quick running,  I'm hopefull we'll see him start for USF one day.  His Velocity and deep ball don't show well in the highlight.  Overall he throws a nice catchable ball.  Has improved a lot from Junior to Senior Year.  Seems like a similar skillset to Woulard, def throw first QBs.
