Woulard Part II? Of course he's excited. But if he wants to play in the NFL, I'm can't think of a Nebraska QB who was big in the NFL. Someone here could likely correct me...but no one comes to mind. 1. Nebraska spent 95% of the last century running the triple option. That might have something to do with it's lack of NFL QBs. 2. If going to a school that has produced legit QBs is a major part of his decision process, why would he come to USF? We can't make the argument #2. The draw for us is playing time and staying local to push us to the next level.

It's actually pretty cool that he's hanging around this long. Blackwell had a brief taste, but I don't think he was on a roster during regular season. Another good example: Tyler Cameron, who I believe is leaving Wake Forrest. Injuries plagued him a bit, but a stud Freshmen QB essentially ended his chances to play. Looks like Woulard sat behind Hundley, only to get replaced by a stud freshman QB. But...there are worse things than being in LA for 5 years, and leaving with a degree from UCLA. Nebraska lacks that "Yeah, but..." argument.

He tried going to TC, that became a mess. His dad wanted Gaither and his mom took him to Sickles. Malik Henry just left IMG. If they don't take Jack Allison out of Palmetto, I wouldn't be surprised if Chris goes there. If he does, all bets are off.
