Like I said earlier in another thread, let's just see improvement.  No doubt this is a statement game if you win, but not if you lose.  Just mix it up, be who you say you are.  I trust that because Go is a scrapper, it seems.  If you ain't going out there to at least create bedlam, you don't go out.  The personality of successful USF teams were physical defense and setting the tone.  I want that before I want wins - even over C-USA teams....  which is ******* hilarious.

I hope to see the guys not quit on any plays especially on defense. We saw several times last year the players did not even make an attempt to chase a guy down or tackle them. Any competent coach would have benched them but they get getting playing time. I have a good feeling Goach won't let that fly if his coaching style matches his interview style. Lets get back to hitting the other teams and getting nasty in the trenches.

Agree..I so miss when our defense was physical and brought the pain.

A suffocating defense is just as fun to watch as a high scoring offense if not even more.

The clever boys at William Hill have started tying accounts to IP addresses of the phone being used, so, having an amigo log in with my userid & password (basically sharing a password) has come to an abrupt end. However, I'm sticking with my under on 4.5. Think about it this way, going from one win against a marginal team last year to winning one third of your games this year - with a nuevo jefe ...pretty dang good. It's not like every other team on the schedule stayed frozen in time from last year.

In 2015 UCF was 0-12

in 2016 they were 6-7

in 2017 they were 13-0

They have not had a losing season since. They went from winless to being undefeated in just two years. Who’s to say we can’t do the same?
