Think about it. Pre USF football, we could have easily walked right past one another and never batted an eye. The interwebs and USF football did a service in bringing together this digital community.  Don't know if you recall, but heap many moons ago, you had a homie who owned (managed?) a restaurant over on Fowler Avenue and we had a small watch party there, maybe around a dozen or so folks. That's where I met MikeG, and pretty sure, that's where you and I first shook hands.  

But yes, I think humanity was spared by virtue of us not being bound by the Yucatan Liquor Stand. Things generally work out for the best.

Any from the 2000s remember UA hangout/The Bull's Run/The Bull's Club that had nickel beers ?  Also Tia Tia's used to get wild when it turned into a bad at night. You would always find some players there in their under armor track suits after a big win hanging out with the college kids. My last beer there was with Grothe after beating KU with that dramatic finish.

Anyone remember 75-76 seeing Hulk Hogan play bass in Ruckus at Shenanigans, way north on Nebraska or Florida?  Also saw Tom Petty at the Performing Arts Centre in 76, a bar that was further north than Shenanigans.  Good times!
