IIRC FSU beat the "State funding" by adding "classrooms" to their stadium.

They did, but didn't the state end up closing that loophole afterward?

you physically got thrown out?

Yes, I guess I could have used your services.  Having had this happen multiple times at multiple establishments, the chain of events normally were breaking the soap dispenser in the bathroom making it a skating rink, throwing money at a bartender because he was not providing me prompt service, throwing a drink into the crowd, or a standard bumping and shoving match with a likeminded patron. When asked to leave a standard response was **** off so that is when things became physical.  It may be hard to believe however as a younger man I was somewhat immature and liked to push the envelope.

Its up to Kelly's people to find the next loophole. There are always more loopholes.

You can ask UF and FSU.  Having a law school can come in handy.  It's easier to control the legislation when you produce the legislators.

I feel like that is way more of a true statement than it should be. Maybe having a lawyer for a Prez will help in the near future.

Thus was the train of thought I think when dude buddy (a UF grad IIRC) several years back took USF Lakeland away and made it Florida Polytechnic. I remember reading after a few years that they were worried the new school wasn't going to meet it's accreditation requirements and guess who was ready to swoop in and absorb them? UF. I think they finally got their accreditation issues sorted out, but I could be wrong on that one
