They pretty much just hired the FAU staff Lane left behind...not much thought or effort appears was put into hiring the coordinators.

I see improvements on this team since Strong....but no doubt the defense needs big time changes for next year. This defense is a wreck...if we had just an avg defense we likely have 4 wins now with a good chance for 6 this year.

How can you improve tackling when you don't practice tackling? The defense needs an overhaul
