I honestly don't feel too awful (I did after the 1st half though). I was ready to burn all my USF stuff but not anymore.

The fight we gave the 2nd half and McClain's play gives me hope for the rest of the year and the easier portion of our schedule. Also the fact that he's only a true freshman, this guy could end up being one of our greats if he continues to develop correctly.

Just wish Scott had taken a little more chances on 4th downs when we had momentum.

Thoughts?

I'm very pleased. We were never going to win that game. Won the second half 17-7. Played well. Players didn't quit. Coaches adjusted. Lots to build off of. Let's get out of non-conference play 2-2 baby!!!!

I feel good about us going forward. We look much more like a team compared to Chucky’s teams.

My only real complaint is that we punted on 3rd and 8 close to mid field with 11:00 left in the 4th down by 3 touchdowns.

If you want your players to play 60 full minutes, you have to coach 60 full minutes.

I think Timmy could put up some better numbers against any other team we face this year, but he made some great throws and completely eliminated the bad decisions when the opportunities presented themselves. He and the team showed growth from week 1 to week 2. I am feeling positive about the rest of the schedule. We have a competitive team.

Pretty good I saw fight in the team, they didn't roll over.

We put up 20 vs UF is a positive for the offense, Timmy is definitely the future at QB...he looks good for just a freshmen.

No other team is as talented as UF and NC St on schedule. It will get easier.
