We need Elon to tweet out support for our IPF and we will have the money for that and a brand new stadium in two and half hours

Think of the IPF and Football Center as two separate projects, with the IPF having priority.

Not sure if this was covered in the thread already, but wasn't it decided a long time ago we weren't going to build the IPF without the swanky offices to go with it?

Maybe there was a new feasibility study that showed you could in fact have fields sans offices.

About a year ago M. Kelly said that they could do one before the other.

I thought that was Harlan that said that.  IRC Kelly said he wants to go forward with both at the same time.

You could be right but I could have swore I heard M. Kelly say that on a radio program before the start of last season.

"IMAGE"...Wonder if the delay might have something to do with this "Pandemic"?  University just finishes a medical school complex along with some other projects prior to the C plague sneaking into the US. It's widely reported that their were pay cuts and cut backs in athletics. Lot's of folks out of work. Many unknowns taking place in the Gov and Country due to the regime change. So, do you think the top dogs of the university and trustee's might be a bit gun shy to break ground on a $10-15-20-40 mil project?? Do you think they may not want the bad press or worse.....Get Cancelled!!  (Ha..had to do that)   "Optics"? all about Optics. Of course the opposite tack could be done...Jobs Jobs Jobs...big project coming to Tampa!!  Yea!! USF...yada yada...                                                           

Just wondering about this... Never know??
