Good luck McCloud.

I am actually excited about Williams... wife is a big canes fan, so we watch all of their games. He actually did some good things with them. He will need a solid OL. Starting so young, he was getting blown up due to bad OL play, it messed with his confidence, probably his health, and he couldn't overcome it. King then transfers in and he wasn't going to get another shot. We'll see what happens, but I think he has some talent.

If his only problem was poor offensive line play, I'm sure he'll be fine for us...

He may want to get the ice packs ready now.

They were not playing large scale Texas HS football and they went bankrupt, big difference between 6 and 3A ball, if they played Carter, Desoto, Katy, west lake it would have been embarrassing.  I knew guys that played with him in HS, not a bad dude, no drugs and alcohol however I still think prime time is not the brightest bulb in the basket. This will end badly.

Well you are just flat out wrong. Trinity Christian did not go bankrupt. Regardless of your opinion, his experience at the highest level of football qualifies him. Also, he will have more P5 talent on his team in year 2 than most G5 teams with more scholarships. For example, he has already gathered players headed to Georgia, 2 from UF, 2 from Missouri and 1 from UT.  He has only been on the job since Dec. 1.   I am pretty sure, G5 schools will not want to schedule him.  I forgot the 4 star DL from Auburn and the DE from USC.

I was referring to the Prime Prep Academy fiasco, if you are unaware of that then read up and educate yourself.  He picked up a bunch transfers from other schools, big deal, he will have some success and then the school will be investigated by the NCAA and the prime time experiment will end, that is how I see this thing playing out, I may be wrong but I doubt it.

Didn't we pick a camera man out of the stands or did I dream that? Not sure where I was going with that...

You arent dreaming..except I think he identified with videographer. He was elevated or demoted?? to long snapper..not sure if he ever got to "snap"? Guess I'll look in the portal see if he is in there under videographers...?

This statement was after your researched. However, it's all good. I don't know why you don't think a guy that was one of the best players to play can't coach a team. It's a little ridiculous to make the statement about infractions with the NCAA. Bro, hating does not look good on you. If this program had brought in this kind of talent you would be jumping for joy.

I live here and got to see it first hand so not sure what you are referring to but glad I was able to educate you on his past.  I am not hating on him simply making a prediction on how this goes down.  He is bringing in cash and will create a buzz and if I was a JSU alumni I would be happy to have him, they became somewhat relevant overnight.  They are an FCS team so really don’t care what happens to the team.  He really is not a bad dude overall from a handful of people I knew that knew him, I simply come on here to make a prediction which will probably come true, it is what I do.

Why do you even care on a USF board?

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
