Do not fire him.   He needs time and he has to learn.

So what you are trying to say is even given a promising premise sometimes the first is the best and that II and III may not get better even if you throw time, Money,  effort and a talented cast at them? Interesting I never thought of anything that way...

He is going nowhere, neither is the team but he has a few freshman that look promising and hopefully he pulls a great first full class and we start to see a reason for some hope.  This thread is in jest, we would never fire him after a year and couldn’t afford to if we wanted to.

Ugh...even I forgot about 3...that’s how bad that one was.

I never saw 3, and it appears you are advising against it, duly noted.

Wow down 28-0 at half and not even competitive.

Jeff Scott was a terrible hire!

Starting McCloud really makes you question his intelligence.

Hardly any veteran presence on this staff.  A lot of youth and inexperience.  Staring to have serious doubts with the offense Doogie Howser is trying to run.

I bet a bigtime name like Jim Harbaugh could turn this thing around in no time.  Oh, wait.............

Well, he has turned things around where he is now. Maybe wrong direction?  My Mich St friend wants to see us play them this year because we may be the only team other than Michigan that they can beat.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Taggart's first year our first year out of a BCS conference and into a G5 conference? So therefore he technically had BCS talent playing against G5 and he STILL struggled.

In terms of competition, CWT had more talent than CJS.

CJS has FCS talent playing G5 talent.

Taggart's seat got hot too. Harlan brought in **** Tomey as an advisor, and Taggart brought Joe Kinnan to help simplify the the offense. The 'Cuse game was when things started clicking.
