I just can't believe that I saw a USF football game tonight. After everything thats happened since March. I enjoyed every second.

After the first couple of drives our defense pretty much clamped down on their offense.

We didnt get killed on 3rd and long.

Only concern coming out of the game for me was a couple of special teams breakdowns and missed kicks.

I liked Johnson better than MCcloud.  I really would have liked to see a couple of deep throws.

We may next week. I HAVE to hope that we weren't showing too much tonight.

I have no problem with the effort and out come of this game. I'm not sure what other people think was supposed to happen in this warm up game.

oh well. I guess you can go around kick at the dirt and bemoaning that effort if you must or make some assertions to "these are Charlies guys" -- yeah mostly they are--it's called the first year of a new coach. DUH. He can't exactly clean house and over night a new attitude.

I am pleased with what happened. I don't doubt we get beat badly next week. SO what-- were you expecting a miracle season ? I am not. I doubt I ever will again-- we are in the AAC for effs sake

1. Noah should start

2. Ford/Joiner > Felix

3. Battie is going to be freakin awesome

4. We played well for missing so many players. The vibe is definitely different and the players looked more athletic.

I love you bro but backs are quick, very few penalties, dominate win.  We are not world beaters but we are markedly better than last year I n my opinion, next week will be interesting

I hope you are right, I just expected something from the QBs and WRs (literally we got nothing) and I felt most of the RB production was pure raw talent than anything coaching related.

I wish they gave Noah a few more series...it seemed like he had more of a command of the offense...
