I just spoke to someone (not naming my source) that works for the football program. He said that the president has signed the paperwork and they’re looking to break ground in June!

Probably not however the Cowboys had a metal frame tent they used as an IPF a few years back  and it came down during a storm and was not pretty.  An asst coach broke his back and a dozen or so hospitalized. Similar to a trailer in a tornado. Texas Longhorns use a bubble also so they probably fare well in a storm however ours will be much prettier.

Don't know, but soon after it was built, it was destroyed in a storm.

The Sun Dome’s original roof wasn’t inflatable, it was held up by maintaining positive air pressure inside the building.

I pretty sure the Trop’s roof has always been structurally supported.
