Transfers usually aren't bought into the system /school as much. Hard to build a program with them... They can be good in small doses to patch up positions of need, but if you're getting a bunch of transfers, that usually means your program is in trouble.

We are currently a drunken pudgy balding middle aged guy at a night club.  We will not turn down any type of talent and will pretty much take anything that can fog a mirror.

Yeah but we can still nail those 60 year olds..

The last 4 Heisman winners were transfers apparently.

P5 relies on portal just as much. For those quoting our conference as a reason I disagree. Weren't last 3 heisman winners transfers?

Nothing wrong  with transfers some work out and develop into key players, but many contribute little and plug holes in your roster. I think about 3/4  to 4/5 of your roster should be recruits andthe remaining  could be plugged with transfers as needed. It is hard to find and develop talent for  quality 3 or 4 year starters these days in Tampa.

Won't work for us. Always have had a nice amount of transfers on the squad.  Some of our best players were transfers.

JPP, Adams, etc.
