People are as loyal as their options so when the roster is filled with talent better than anyone in the portal and the portal doesn’t take away talented players that need replaced CJS will stop using

It's a nice rule of thumb but a bad official policy.  If you don't consider every option you will lose to someone who will. 

I don't buy this Clemson wouldn't take a transfer either.  Let them miss a couple playoffs and be needing a QB.

Everyone is too good for transfers until the guy who wants in is a better option.

It's ok. There's a lot of people who know how great Portal is. It's heralded in the industry and won a lot of awards.

I think it’s a nice notion but he will realize soon enough that recruiting at USF in the AAC is not the same as recruiting at Clemson.
