Lol my thoughts exactly. Sure most coaches will leave but how many schools are willing to suck it up and willing to give a coach that already left USF high and dry another chance ? Especially after that coach failed at his dream job? Looks pretty desperate for USF to bring in another retread Coach that just got fired

If he brings in a top notch DC, Weiss(sp) back as OC, and flips some recruits like we know he can; I have no problem with round 2. He's a known quantity and the hype would be on point

In some cases, the employee will correct his or her behavior and the employment termination can be prevented altogether.

They shouldn’t have been talking about the future if they were considering firing him. They should’ve had a different conversation

It's more likely that Kelly gave xCCS a chance to say something, anything that might have given Kelly a reason to keep him. Not hearing that, Kelly spoke with the president and the attorneys.
