Leavitt had our best recruiting class and did more with less talent. Between Strong and taggart its been roughly the same rating. 

Wasn't it Telly Lockette who got flowers, johnson and Mack?

Between Holtz, Strong, and Taggart, it's been roughly the same. We just decide which coaches we're going to praise and which ones we're going to ***** about.

To be fair, Leavitt figured out what this program needed to be immediately. The latter half has deviated from the plan

 In Taggarts case figured it out just in time.

Taggart looks like a genius now compared to Strong and that’s saying a lot. I’m not for this consertive coaching mentality. We haven’t come anywhere close to blowing out a team under Strong and we let the worst FBS teams in the nation compete with us to the point to where they actually have a chance in the last quarter of the game to beat us. 9 games into the season teams know how to game plan against us fairly easily, we’ve shown regression and not improvement, and we look unprepared game after game after game. For a “defensive coach” we’ve given up the most points in school history in a single game and then give up the most points in a two game span in school history as well.  I was on the “we’re 7-0 stop complaining” train but I’ve reached my stop. Houston has shown on multiple occasions this season they’re beatable. We all know Tulane isn’t great, get we get blown out by both? This is all inexcusable.

You can’t judge them. They’re young so these blowout losses are ok. Because they’re a young team.
