Both are felonies. Reaves absolutely deserves to be fired. He was just hired. He's representing an entire university and he's supposed to be a role model for the guys on the team. This is the real world. Actions have consequences.

Passenger was their WR coach. Wonder if he gets suspended or fired too now to help Oregon save some more face. Whatever happened to friends don't let friends drink and drive?
