I think so, too.  I also think that if we're ranked people will show up to see games.  I think UConn  might actually draw a good crowd if we're winning like I think we will.  Navy also.  I hate to plug this but this is the kind of slate and opportunity we  need.  This season is very much an audition for the Big 12, I think that's why they put the decision off until December.  Good crowds and winning can do a lot for us.

I can only hope that, like 2007, we can get Tampa behind its Bulls again. Unlike 2007, we need to avoid crapping the bed and finish out strong. I'd love to see a UH/USF matchup in the AAC championship.

I think USF can do some things to help with the pre-game atmosphere. In 2007 against WVU they set up a concert stage near the north entrance and had MIMS and Shop Boyz perform their respective hits, This Is Why I'm Hot and Party Like a Rock Star. Things like that help to get the students out there.

The school reported Tuesday 15,842 season tickets have been sold for the 2016 season, in which USF is expected to contend for the American Athletic Conference title. The total is an increase of 3,028 from last season, and represents a 33-percent increase in general-public season ticket sales from '15.
