It's hard not to get on the recent hype wagon, and I WANT to get excited for this season. But have to keep it real with the expectations. We're still young and very unproven on the offensive side of the ball. Our D will surely keep us in some games, but will we be able to sustain drives & put up points? I sure hope that changes this year but ??

I know what you mean. Realistically this teams presents more questions and unknowns than anything else. I think that article is balanced and doesn't take digs but presents things in a way that you can either be pessimistic or optimistic depending on what you want to read into it. Things may seem like rainbows and unicorns, but look at this schedule with your head and find the wins to get us to a bowl:

Green and gold glasses off, we need a major improvement to hit the 6-6 mark.  We'll need to legitimately move into the top 60 or get a little lucky in the 70's/80's to get there.  That's a 40-60 spot improvement year over year, just to get to 6-6.
