It's hard not to get on the recent hype wagon, and I WANT to get excited for this season. But have to keep it real with the expectations. We're still young and very unproven on the offensive side of the ball. Our D will surely keep us in some games, but will we be able to sustain drives & put up points? I sure hope that changes this year but ??

I sure hope that changes this year but ?? I know what you mean. Realistically this teams presents more questions and unknowns than anything else. I think that article is balanced and doesn't take digs but presents things in a way that you can either be pessimistic or optimistic depending on what you want to read into it. Things may seem like rainbows and unicorns, but look at this schedule with your head and find the wins to get us to a bowl: 2015 Schedule Date Opponent 2014 F/+ Rk 5-Sep Florida A&M NR 12-Sep at Florida State 15 19-Sep at Maryland 62 2-Oct Memphis 41 10-Oct Syracuse 80 17-Oct at Connecticut 119 24-Oct SMU 127 31-Oct at Navy 44 7-Nov at East Carolina 61 14-Nov Temple 67 20-Nov Cincinnati 47 27-Nov at Central Florida 60 We need our guys to step up big time and show growth, maturity, or something. Green and gold glasses off, we need a major improvement to hit the 6-6 mark. We'll need to legitimately move into the top 60 or get a little lucky in the 70's/80's to get there. That's a 40-60 spot improvement year over year, just to get to 6-6.

Six wins! I have to believe that after three years of nothing it has to happen. Key games: Maryland and Cuse. Another one of those good ole days memories .... back when Syracuse was our *****. Sorry, Mark That may have been the earliest clue that Skip just maybe wasn't the one to continue our building. In an otherwise good year in 2010, we had our first EVER loss to the Orange ...
