I liked Chuck though I don't think any Raider fan did by the time he was fired. Edited December 9, 2014 by slick1ru2

We're going to install competent coordinators and we want your input, but they're not going to be handcuffed by you from doing their jobs. If you want to grow as a coach and lead USF football, let us help you. If you want to resign, there's the door.' If Harlan said anything to that effect, which I doubt, he has no business being an AD. Competent AD's don't hire coordinators ...If that's the way he felt, just completely clean house. Which is your opinion. While I agree in the general sense, because of our situation with former HCs still on the books, you really couldn't envision this taking place? I have to agree, cleaning house would've been best but when you've got one hand tied behind your back what else can you do? It's not ideal, but 'no business being an AD'? U mad bro. Pretty much most everything in here is opinion .... and I'm not mad, just a wee bit off ... No, I really can't envision Harlan, or any AD worth his salt, being involved in a scenario like that. He either believes in Taggart or he doesn't. If he doesn't, and we can't afford to fire him now, you give him one last shot with HIS people, whether it was the 2014 complete staff or changes made by CWT. It's HIS butt on the line.
