I'm not a lawyer, don't even play one on TV, but that doesn't look like a contract to me ... I think the term "offer sheet" would be more accurate?

It says "Letter of Offer" as the Subject

 

Article 10.  Representation and Warranty is what did him in.  USF even referenced a link to his bio on gojaspers.com

Had Publix hot and spicy wings for the first time on Saturday. Delicious.

Best part was a order of 20 pcs (for under $10 - a steal) came with a free gallon jug of Publix sweet tea. Solid dinner choice.
