I heard that CWT will be interviewing all the experts on TBP to fill the vacant positions.

 

So how will this be decided? Automated voting or post count?

Simplified the Coordinator job has 3 components: teaching players the schemes; game planning; and, play calling. The last gets most of the criticism although the first is probably the most important.

Would like to see an OC who can call plays, and Willie can veto with plays if he needs to. I'm sure it happened that way already (anyone know if Wells was in the box or on the sideline?) with Willie/Wells calling plays, say, 80/20, and if he could get an experienced guy in here to maybe make it more of a 60/40 in favor of the new OC, perhaps it might help. The last thing I want is for them to be fighting over which play, when it takes our offense a full 30 seconds to line up and motion in the first place.

Plenty of terrible choices on here for sure lol.  Hoping Willie T has people in mind that either recently came available.  Gotta think the results of these positions and the fact that neither seemed to really be great recruiters (not that I know that, but never heard them mentioned) led to this.  Love Willie T so far..except on game days lol.

For QB coach I would love for us to make another run at Weinke over at IMG.  As for OL coach Larry Scott could be looking for a job soon with Golden  heading to happy Valley. I'm very interested to see how this plays out.....
